Returns & Exchanges


We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met :

  • All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact
  • All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition
  • Footwear should have no scuff marks on its outsole
  • Originals receipts would need to be included
  • All items would need to be purchased originally from RichKids
  • Any agreed refunds will process within 10 working days of receipt of goods.

In addition, if the customer wants to return the order because the customer chose the wrong size/product, he/she will be charged for return shipment. If he/she wants to return the order because we have sent the wrong size/product or because the product is damaged, we will pay for return shipment and no restocking fee will be charged.

IMPORTANT : Product return period may vary 30 day or 12 day per our partner supplier return’s policy. If you would like to return the product for any reason, please keep in mind you have to let us know before the return policy expires.

If any of the above conditions are not met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.


1.1 You will need to include your original invoice together with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging.

1.2 Returning products because of differences from what was ordered or any product defects will be authorized by our supply partner within two days of delivery.

1.3 In order to return such items, customers must contact by email to [email protected]

1.4 Such emails should include the date of purchase, along with the choice of reimbursement method. The client must also provide photographic evidence for any defective products.

1.5 The cost of return shipment will be borne by the customer and should always be shipped back with an active tracking number. The receiver is always responsible to claim/accept the package and any additional fees for orders being returned for not being claimed or picked up is covered by the customer.

1.6 The product, along with its original packaging, as well as any other items received must be sent to our warehouse in order to protect it from damage.

1.7 Requests for refunds made after two days of delivery will not be accepted.

1.8 Any agreed refunds will be made by bank transfer or by PayPal within 10 working days of receipt of goods.


2.1 All items that are returned and exchanged, can only be made once.

2.2 We reserve the right and full discretion to disqualify you from enjoying free returns if the subsequent item(s) for return or exchange are of the same item(s) as a previous order

2.3 Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product.

2.5 Such returns are at all times governed by the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act of United States

2.6 All decisions made by are final
